"RIVER RAT"
The Creekers have brand new EP, all of the songs are new, and all are written by Tanner Horton and Allen Hacker, This EP is the best one they have done by far.
Here is Radio DJ Lil Debbie's thoughts on each song on new EP.
Alex song - is a true feeling of what a person feels when losing a friend or loved one to addiction, I think it most intense song on the ep. it's all about the meaning and it about what happens to much in true life
River Rat - is a fun true-life song, being out on water on Old John Boat. This is really how folks in Leslie County have fun , and why not write a fun song about life in Leslie and the words are true and fun to listen too.
Lay You down - Allen wrote this song when he was 16 years old, and what a great romantic song to be written by a 16 year old . He tells a story how he at a party and this girl with brown hair and eyes walks in and she became the highlight of the night to him, It has a great melody and great riffs all through the song. The tenor work done by bass man Jagger Bowling is nothing but prefect with the blend, his will sure be a hit with the crowds
Hyden Ky -Is another great tune wrote by Tanner Horton about his hometown, with emotions and truth this song does Hyden Ky Justus , The words in this song is nothing but all true about life in Hyden and seeing people go and all the other different things that go on in a life in this small town. One thing I can say is Tanner isn't ashamed of his hometown and folks should be proud of this song Hyden Ky,
Tennessee - is sure to be a hit for the Creekers the riffs and words touches any one at home base if you been on road away from loves ones. this is one of the songs people seem to really respond too, just like home sick, it has a catchy tune and the musical side of it is what got my attention. It's just a great song.
